| Filmbox Live succesfully launched on Topfun in Czech Republic and Slovakia

| Filmbox Live, a new online environment developed by SPI International is now part of Topfun’s Live Pay TV service. Filmbox Live offers Topfun customers access to live-streaming television channels and a vast VOD catalogue through a monthly subscription.

Filmbox Live on Topfun will feature 6 live-streaming TV channels: Filmbox (Basic), Filmbox Plus, Filmbox Family, Filmbox HD and two brand new channels – Fightbox HD and Erox HD.
The new Topfun services featuring Filmbox Live were announced and presented during a special press conference organized in Prague. Filmbox Live is a unique platform as it allows users not only to watch live-streaming channels but also offers VOD content, available on their computers, smartphones and tablets including iPads and Samsung Galaxy Tabs. In addition to IOS & Android devices Filmbox Live is also available on DVB-S Humax set-top-boxes and is undergoing certification process for Samsung Smart TV and other Connected TV platforms.
Topfun Media is the biggest online video store operator in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Topfun is offering the widest range of movies from all major film studios and distributors. Topfun offers its services via Web, IPTV networks and now also on Samsung Smart TV. In 2010 offered as the first VOD service in the Czech Republic and Slovakia offered 3D content.

| Polanski's "Carnage" Debuts Strong in Poland

"Carnage", Roman Polanski's new comedy coproduced by Piotr Reisch and SPI Film Studio had a solid opening at the box office in Poland this weekend. "Carnage", starring Jodie Foster, John C. Reilly, Christoph Waltz and Kate Winslet, opened to 1,440,382 PLN ($436,612) - a per-copy average of 13,850 PLN. In the US "Carnage" made $85,696 during the opening weekend in December 2011.
The R-rated movie, distributed by SPI International, is based on the play "God of Carnage," by Yasmina Reza, who wrote the screenplay with Polanski.
In the movie, Alan and Nancy Cowan go to the apartment of Michael and Penelope Longstreet to apologize for their son, who hit the Longstreet's boy with a stick. They are there to resolve issues around the playground melee, but end up having a series of childish arguments of their own.

| Filmbox reports record growth levels in Poland

| Filmbox channel in Poland has recorded impressive growth of over 90% (0,17% SHR) in November 2011 and 58,4% in December 2011, according to data produced by Nielsen Audience Measurement for the Polish web portal wirtualnemedia.pl.

From January to December 2011 Filmbox noted 94% share increase in the 4+ group among film channels in Poland. Nielsen Audience Measurement also reports that Filmbox noted the highest growth rate of 45,1% in the 16-49 group, which is the age group most attractive to advertisers.
Filmbox channel is a basic film channel with a total reach of 5,2 million households in Poland and is carried by all major satellite platforms and cable operators in the country. Filmbox is also available in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania along with other Filmbox brand channels including: Filmbox HD, Filmbox Family, Filmbox Extra, Filmbox Extra 1 and Filmbox Plus.

| Kino Polska nominated for "Telekamery 2012"

| Kino Polska, one of the top 3 movie channels in Poland, has been nominated to the TELEKAMERY award in the "Best Movie Channel" category. In addition, Kino Polska's original show "One scene" was nominated to a "Grand Press" Award for "Best Interview".

TELEKAMERY is an annual award competition organized by Teletydzień, Poland's number one weekly TV guide. Kino Polska was voted by readers of Teletydzień the best movie channel in 2010. This year’s winners will be announced on February 7th.
"Grand Press" Awards are run by "Press", the most popular Polish monthly devoted to media, marketing and public relations.
