SPI International’s Dizi Launches with UPC Poland

SPI International’s Dizi joins the offer of UPC Poland at the beginning of September. The channel will expand its technical reach by more than 1 million subscribers in Poland.

SPI International’s Dizi will be available to UPC subscribers in the Max Premium, Max and Select packages, starting from the beginning of September 2021. The channel will be available at positions 222 (Horizon and UPC TV 4K Box decoders) and 168 (Mediabox decoders), as well as in the UPC TV Go service.

“Joining the UPC offer is a very big step forward for us in building the distribution of the Dizi channel in Poland. We want this channel to be included in basic TV packages, because its program offer is so attractive that it can successfully compete for the attention of a wide audience,” says Jacek Koskowski, General Director Sales & Distribution Poland at Kino Polska TV SA.

The addition of Dizi to the UPC Polska offer increases the channel’s reach by more than 1 million subscribers amounting to 2.2 million subscribers in Poland. The channel is already available in the offer of the operators such as Vectra (Zloty Package) and Multimedia Poland (MaxBox Package) and also as OTT in the new on the market CDA TV service.

Dizi channel is aimed at the growing number of Turkish series fans in Poland. The channel airs both drama, romance, and crime fiction productions, and is broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week in HD quality. The latest addition to Dizi's schedule is the popular series Bride of Istanbul.

SPI International also plans to roll-out the Dizi app this fall, that allows Turkish series enthusiasts everywhere to stream their favorite series anytime, anywhere through internet connected devices.

SPI/FilmBox Launches Ad-Supported Digital Channel Docustream with KlowdTV in the US

SPI/FilmBox announced that their new ad-supported digital channel Docustream is now available in the US with KlowdTV which can be accessed via internet connected devices

SPI/FilmBox and KlowdTV, the free ad-supported television platform available on connected devices, have inked a deal for SPI’s brand-new ad-based digital channel Docustream. KlowdTV subscribers in the US will be able to access Docustream’s riveting line-up of documentaries starting August, 2021.

SPI International Launches Docustream and Filmstream with Samsung TV Plus in the Netherlands

SPI/FilmBox announced that ad-supported digital channels Docustream and Filmstream will be available on Samsung Electronics’ free streaming service, Samsung TV Plus in the Netherlands.

SPI/FilmBox is pleased to announce the expansion of their ad-supported digital channels Docustream and Filmstream to the Netherlands with Samsung TV Plus, Samsung Electronics’ free streaming service. Starting mid-August, Samsung TV Plus users in the Netherlands will have access to hundreds of hours of riveting documentaries, top-notch independent features and world cinema movies.
